"Never knowingly over crowded"

       Manor Fisheries is Closed.

OPENS on Saturday 25th March 2017 and CLOSES after Monday 2nd October 2017

A warm welcome awaits you at Manor Fisheries which provides both comfortable accommodation and outstanding coarse fishing (Carp to 30 lbs+, Catfish to 50 lbs+) in three very well stocked lakes which are "Never knowingly over crowded"; all this in an idyllic setting in the Weald of Kent. The lakes are beautifully landscaped and well thought out, incorporating bays, controlled weed beds, rushes and islands.

See the Angling Times Click here Fishery of the Week article dated the 28th September 2015. In addition Bill Rushmer, the highly respected angler and Journalist; nominated Manor Fisheries a favourite South East UK fishery in the "Angler's Mail 2014 Best Fishing Clubs & Venues" supplement dated 19th August 2014 and again within the “2015 Venues you must Fish” article dated 30th December 2014.

There are two superb easy access specimen lakes - Lake 1 (1.1 acres) containing many large specimen carp (commons and mirrors) and Lake 2 (1.2 acres) containing specimen Wels Catfish plus many large Common and Mirror Carp. Both lakes have 8 to 9 swims (including doubles) and each is limited to four anglers ensuring the lake is never over crowded.

Facilities include uncrowded, attractive and safe surroundings, hard standing car park (suitable only for cars and vans), flush toilet plus hot and cold running water.

A fine carp

Night Fishing is only for current Night Members or those with Apartment bookings - see the FISHING AND GALLERIES tab for more details.

The Mixed Lake 3 (1.6 acres) holds a significant number of smaller carp (3 to 10 lbs+) plus some excellent tench and bream (over 8 lbs+), roach, rudd, crucians and really good perch (4 lbs+).

This is an ideal water for the angler who wants a day in pleasant surroundings without the pressure of trying to catch specimen fish. See Angling Times visit - May 2016.

Manor Fisheries is only 15 minutes from the M20 motorway junction 8 and the famous Leeds Castle and Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. An hour in any direction will take you to many more gardens and castles, the Kent coast, channel ports, Le Shuttle or into the heart of London by train from Headcorn Station.
