Day tickets (7am - 7pm) are available but strictly via pre booking a 12 hour "Slot" as swims are limited to ensure plenty of space for each angler. For example each specimen lake is limited to typically no more than 4 anglers. Swim arrival and departure times are at any time of the angler's choice during the period of the "Slot" booked. Once a "Slot" booking is confirmed it becomes chargeable unless cancelled with the agreement of Manor Fisheries.

No coarse fish (dead or alive) to be brought onto the Fishery.

Juniors are welcome but must be supervised.

Manor Fisheries Rules

Apartment No 1
Fully equipped Hygena kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine. dining area, lounge area with a 3-seater leather reclining sofa and leather bucket chair, LCD television (including Freeview) with DVD player. The double bedroom has a King-size bed that can be separated to make two singles plus a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also an on-suite room with shower, WC and wash basin.

Charges excluding fishing:

• £275.00 per week (7 nights) for two people.
• Short break (3-4 nights) £165.00

Apartment No 2
This apartment is a compact "Studio" fitted to a high standard with a Hygena Kitchen including electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave and integral refrigerator. The dining area also has two leather reclining chairs in the sitting area, LCD television (including Freeview) with DVD, CD player and radio. ‘Pull-down’ Twin beds are specially fitted into the wardrobe to provide ample living space. Beds can be stowed away ready made. A separate shower room, WC and washbasin is included.

Discounted Weekly Day fishing tickets are available to Residents at £50.00 per person per week (2 rods)

Apartment No 3 (1st floor)
Includes a well fitted and equipped kitchen area, gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven and dining area. The sitting area is equipped with two leather reclining chairs and LCD television (including Freeview). The two bedrooms are one with twin single beds and the second bedroom with a single bed. A separate WC with washbasin plus a separate shower room is also provided.
