Payment for Fishing


Fishing is available only to Members (see below) via pre-booking. Before making a Booking for fishing it is important to recognise that a non-refundable 50% deposit may be required. See below for how to become a Manor Fisheries Member.

The Angler making the Booking for fishing is responsible for the full price of fishing booked (including a Group Booking). Membership Application and Bookings will not be accepted from an angler who has failed to make timely payment of monies due.

Manor Fisheries 2020 Membership

If you would like to apply for 2020 Membership, please review the terms and conditions and click the button below to fill out and submit your application. 

2020 Membership benefits (renewable annually):

  • Option to book Day and Night Fishing 4 months ahead on any of the three lakes with bookings taken on a “First come, first served” basis.

  • Minimum period for Night Fishing is 24 hours.

Day Tickets

Day tickets (7.00 am - 7.00 pm) are available but strictly via pre booking to ensure plenty of space for each angler.

For example each specimen lake is limited to typically no more than 4 anglers. Swim arrival and departure times are at any time of the angler's choice but only during the period booked.

For fishing availability please see the reservations page noting it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment. Juniors are welcome but must be supervised.

Environment Agency licence

All anglers aged 12 years and over must have a current Environment Agency licence.
