Should the date for fishing not be known, show the date as unknown and the recipient of the Gift Voucher may choose their preferred date subject to availability.

New 2023 Charges.

Subject to change, the website has been updated and all 2023 charges can now be seen online at www.manor-fisheries.co.uk. The change in charges for 2023 is summarised below:

Accommodation Charges

Unfortunately, as mentioned over the past months, it has become inevitable that 2023 Apartment charges are now higher due to significant increases in energy and many associated costs. To minimise the effect of the higher accommodation charges, associated fishing charges stay unchanged at the 2019 rates and the discount for all fishing reserved is raised from 10% to 25%.

Membership Charges

These remain unchanged from last year and stay at the 2021 rate. Applications for 2023 Membership can now be made noting Membership numbers will again be limited.

Fishing Charges

These remain unchanged from last year and stay at the 2019 rate. The charge for a non-fishing guest also remains at No Charge.

2022 Leader Board Winners

Congratulations to the winners of the Leader Board competition which ran throughout our 2022 Season from Saturday 12th March 2022 to Sunday 10th October 2022, with each winner receiving a £50.00 award.

Fishery Maintenance

The fishery closed for the winter but there is on-going maintenance required before reopening on Saturday 11th March 2023 including:

  • Apartments and Cabin Maintenance

  • Lakes and Grounds Maintenance:

    • Swim repairs

    • Removal of reeds encroaching swims

    • Cutting back of overhanging trees

  • Lakes Management

    • Subject to the availability of Hadlow College a Lake netting program
